I was able to borrow advice from Carey Lohrenz for a friend in crisis today.
Carey was one of the first female F-14 Tomcat fighter pilots in the US Navy and has written a book called "Fearless Leadership." In the video below I share a powerful technique for responding to a crisis, whether in personal life or business.
