It was great to sit down with The The Crown Remains out of Belfast where we discuss the thriving punk and metal scene in the city and the inspiration they draw from it.
The band's name reflects their message of empowerment and rising back up after being beaten down. Music is a form of therapy and a source of hope to help people through their days and they tell us how they use writing as a tool for their mental health and the release and comfort music gives.
Their upcoming EP that they are currently writing will continue to explore themes of empowerment and taking back one's power. The band discusses their musical influences and the impact of certain artists on their individual and collective styles.
