This week, Jim hits the road and heads west to Iowa. He stops in at Cedar Ridge Distillery in Swisher Iowa for a visit with Head Distiller Murphy Quint. Murph walks Jim though a number of their expressions including bourbons, and some of the best American Single Malts we have had.
