Chefs Paul Ainsworth and Tommy Banks join Andi and Miquita for a lunch of smoked chilli and blood orange syrup chicken wings, curried onion and coconut seasoned rice, twice fried plantain, Dahl, cucumber relish and a buttered ghee chicken broth.
