The final season is here—and Squid Game: The Official Podcast is your ultimate companion to the end of the Game. Hosts Phil Yu and Kiera Please return once more to break down every shocking twist and betrayal, and the choices that will determine who, if anyone, makes it out alive. Will Player 456 and the cast of characters we’ve grown to love finally be able to dismantle the games for good? Or will the cycle continue? Alongside creators, cultural critics, and viral internet voices, Phil and Kiera provide their own theories for how the season ends, and what Squid Game ultimately reveals about power, sacrifice, and the systems that shape us. The biggest question isn’t who wins—it’s what it means to be human. Squid Game: The Official Podcast returns Friday, June 27th.

Our ancestors thrived on struggle; we wilt from inconvenience. The Comfort Crisis author Michael Easter shows how embracing discomfort builds resilience. Full show notes and resources can be found here: jordanharbinger.com/1186 What We Discuss with Michael Easter: Modern comfort crisis: We've engineered physical activity and challenges out of our lives, leading to sedentary diseases and reduced mental resilience — but our bodies and minds still need discomfort to thrive. Discomfort as medicine: Physical effort, hunger, and temperature swings protect against disease by triggering beneficial adaptations — 80 percent of eating today is driven by boredom or stress, not actual hunger. Transferable toughness: Mental resilience built through physical challenges transfers to other life areas — like how overcoming a difficult hike builds confidence to tackle career or relationship obstacles. Nature's measurable benefits: The "25-3 rule" — 20 minutes in city parks three times a week reduces stress; five hours monthly in wilder nature increases happiness; three days yearly off-grid resets priorities. Start with a two percent mindset: Only two percent of people take stairs when escalators exist. Begin building discomfort tolerance with small daily choices — take stairs, walk during calls, sit on the floor while reading. And much more... Is your daily grind actually just grinding you down? Jessica Wynn exposes coffee addiction's brilliant masquerade as self-care on this Skeptical Sunday! Welcome to Skeptical Sunday, a special edition of The Jordan Harbinger Show where Jordan and a guest break down a topic that you may have never thought about, open things up, and debunk common misconceptions. This time around, we’re joined by Jessica Wynn ! Full show notes and resources can be found here: jordanharbinger.com/1185 On This Week's Skeptical Sunday: Coffee is basically "PG-13 cocaine" — the world's most socially acceptable drug addiction. It doesn't give you energy; it just gaslights your brain into ignoring how exhausted you really are. Your morning cup requires 36 gallons of water to produce and contributes to massive deforestation. Coffee is "the ExxonMobil of beverages" — environmentally brutal at industrial scale. The coffee industry exploits workers through child labor and modern slavery , even at major brands like Starbucks and Nespresso. Your $6 latte has some dark supply chain secrets. Health effects are a mixed bag — potential liver benefits vs. stomach lining damage, anxiety spikes, and sleep disruption. Corporate-funded research makes the science murky at best. Take control: Research your coffee brands, ask baristas about bean sourcing, support certified ethical suppliers, or try the radical alternative — eat an apple and take a nap instead! Why does Michigan have a seatbelt law but no helmet law? A redditor from r/JordanHarbinger addresses an issue about motorcycle safety brought up on episode 1165 . Your father-in-law's wife of 26 years walked out with a Dyson and never returned. Now she's entangled with a married criminal who might be orchestrating the ultimate long con while awaiting proceeds from the divorce settlement. Can you expose the scheme before it's too late? At 37, you're done waiting for Prince Charming and ready to become a single mother by choice. But what happens to your dating life afterward? And how do you handle relatives who think you're destroying traditional family values? Your in-laws are "homeschooling" kids with flat Earth theory and forcing them to work family business livestreams until midnight. They think science is prison propaganda. When does educational neglect become your responsibility? Recommendation of the Week: Using clean utensils while eating can prevent the transfer of food-borne diseases like norovirus. From balloon internet, drone delivery, and self-driving cars, Alphabet's X chief Astro Teller reveals how the company systematically chases the impossible! Full show notes and resources can be found here: jordanharbinger.com/1183 What We Discuss with Astro Teller: Alphabet's X systematically approaches moonshots by requiring three elements : a huge problem, a radical proposed solution, and breakthrough technology that gives a chance — not guarantee — of success. Prototype cheaply and fast to test assumptions. The agricultural robot started as bicycle wheels, PVC tubing, laptop, GoPro and duct tape — not expensive equipment. Bring regulators into the process early as partners rather than waiting until the end. They become collaborators when included in the journey, not obstacles. Detach identity from ideas. People who tie self-worth to specific concepts struggle at X. Success comes from being great at filtering ideas, not being right about yours. Ask yourself: "How fast and cheaply can I get evidence I'm wrong?" Focus on rapid, inexpensive tests that provide real-world data about your assumptions. And much more... Arguments escalate into relationship disasters daily. Trial attorney Jefferson Fisher shares courtroom tactics he uses to turn conflict into connection! Full show notes and resources can be found here: jordanharbinger.com/1181 What We Discuss with Jefferson Fisher: Use time to regulate emotions in conflict. Take a breath before responding and slow down your speech. This prevents escalation and keeps you in control rather than entering "ignition mode" where you say things you regret. Every person has surface and depth, and hostile behavior often masks deeper struggles. Asking "What's your biggest struggle?" can transform confrontational situations into connection. Approach conversations with "something to learn" not "something to prove." When you try to win arguments, you lose relationships. Focus on understanding rather than being right to achieve better outcomes. Handle interruptions strategically. Let them interrupt once, resume where you left off without acknowledging their interruption, then address it directly if they interrupt again: "I can't hear you when you interrupt me." Show you're listening with one simple question. Before sharing your own story or response, ask one follow-up question about what they just shared. This makes people feel heard and valued in conversation. And much more... And if you're still game to support us, please leave a review here — even one sentence helps! Birth rates are crashing worldwide. After the Spike author Dean Spears reveals why depopulation — not overpopulation — threatens humanity's future. Full show notes and resources can be found here: jordanharbinger.com/1180 What We Discuss with Dean Spears: Global depopulation is coming. Birth rates are falling worldwide and will soon drop below replacement level, causing population to peak then decline rapidly within decades. Depopulation won't solve climate change. Environmental problems are solved by changing what people do, not reducing population. Timing doesn't align with climate urgency. Government birth rate policies largely fail. Of 26 countries with birth rates below 1.9, none have returned above 2.0 despite various incentives and programs. Fewer people means fewer innovations. People generate the ideas and technologies that solve problems. Depopulation reduces humanity's capacity for progress. Start conversations about population stabilization. Porn, apps, and missing fathers created a male crisis of loneliness. Here, ManTalks podcast host Connor Beaton breaks down the data and offers solutions. Full show notes and resources can be found here: jordanharbinger.com/1178 What We Discuss with Connor Beaton: Male loneliness epidemic: 15% of men report having no close friends (up from 3% in 1990), and 28% of men aged 18-24 have no close friends. This represents a massive social crisis. Fatherless homes crisis: 43% of US children live without their father. This correlates with 90% of homeless youth, 85% of behavioral disorders, 85% of youth in prison, and 90% of repeat arsonists. Porn addiction epidemic: Starting as young as 9-11 years old, chronic porn use creates desensitization, erectile dysfunction, unrealistic expectations, and replacement of real relationships. Collapse of male spaces: Traditional male-oriented spaces like Boy Scouts have disappeared, leaving young men without mentorship or models for healthy masculinity. On this Out of the Loop, Jason Pack helps us understand what the conflict between Iran and Israel signifies, and where we can expect it to go from here. Note: This episode was recorded on June 25, 2025. Given the rapidly evolving nature of the Iran–Israel conflict, please be aware that some developments may have occurred since the time of recording. Welcome to what we're calling our "Out of the Loop" episodes, where we dig a little deeper into fascinating current events that may only register as a blip on the media's news cycle and have conversations with the people who find themselves immersed in them. Disorder podcast host Jason Pack is here to help us make sense of the recent escalation in conflict between Iran and Israel — how we got here, the dangers and opportunities of the moment, and what we need from world leadership to keep the problem contained. Full show notes and resources can be found here: jordanharbinger.com/1177 On This Episode of Out of the Loop: Israel launched surprise attacks on Iran's nuclear program and leadership, setting back its nuclear capabilities by months to years while demonstrating complete intelligence penetration. The US brokered a ceasefire between Iran and Israel, but this only addresses symptoms — the underlying regional conflicts and proxy wars remain unresolved. Iran announced it's accelerating its nuclear program in response to the attacks , following the "Libya lesson" that nuclear weapons provide protection from regime change. The current moment presents a unique opportunity for comprehensive Middle East peace due to weakened Iranian proxies and shifting regional power dynamics. Success requires multilateral diplomacy involving Qatar, Europe, Gulf states, and addressing root causes — not just ceasefire management but genuine conflict resolution through shared interests. Earthing claims walking barefoot cures diseases through electron transfer. Jessica Wynn debunks this $5 billion pseudoscience industry on Skeptical Sunday! Welcome to Skeptical Sunday, a special edition of The Jordan Harbinger Show where Jordan and a guest break down a topic that you may have never thought about, open things up, and debunk common misconceptions. This time around, we’re joined by Jessica Wynn ! Full show notes and resources can be found here: jordanharbinger.com/1176 On This Week's Skeptical Sunday: Earthing lacks scientific credibility. The theory that touching earth transfers healing electrons to cure diseases has no legitimate scientific backing. Physics experts confirm that being "short by a few electrons" among the 10 octillion electrons in our bodies cannot influence health. The research is fundamentally flawed. The 26 studies cited by earthing proponents involve the same small group of authors citing each other, use tiny sample sizes, and employ vague language that wouldn't meet basic scientific standards. It's a massive commercial enterprise. The global earthing equipment market was valued at $5.5 billion in 2023 and is projected to reach $9.18 billion by 2032, selling products like grounding mats, copper-threaded sheets, and earthing blankets with no proven benefits. Extreme practices pose real dangers. Some practitioners walk barefoot in snow, on freeways, or sleep directly on ground, risking frostbite, infections, injuries, and exposure to bacteria and parasites. Embrace nature connection the right way. Go outside, walk in parks, touch trees, and lie in grass — these activities genuinely benefit mental health through fresh air, sunlight, movement, and mindfulness. Just don't replace evidence-based medicine with dirt, and enjoy nature's real benefits without the pseudoscience. Connect with Jordan on Twitter , Instagram , and YouTube . You thought you were the supportive boyfriend. She rewrote you as the villain. When did your love story get such a dark edit? Welcome to Feedback Friday! And in case you didn't already know it, Jordan Harbinger ( @JordanHarbinger ) and Gabriel Mizrahi ( @GabeMizrahi ) banter and take your comments and questions for Feedback Friday right here every week! If you want us to answer your question, register your feedback, or tell your story on one of our upcoming weekly Feedback Friday episodes, drop us a line at friday@jordanharbinger.com . Now let's dive in! Full show notes and resources can be found here: jordanharbinger.com/1175 On This Week's Feedback Friday: You poured your heart into supporting your girlfriend through health crises, work stress, and personal trauma, only to have her suddenly rewrite you as the villain when things ended. What do you do when the person you loved most becomes your harshest unreliable narrator? Your workaholic boss treats days off as "recommendations, not rights" and docks your pay for prioritizing family time, while upper management claims to support work-life balance. Caught between conflicting messages and a shrinking paycheck, what's your next move? Raised by missionary parents who homeschooled you poorly while living off-grid in an RV, you're now watching them age with only a mysterious mountain property as their retirement plan. They own land with mineral rights but panic every time someone wants to buy it. What do you do? Recommendation of the Week: Cold towels with essential oils in the fridge. After three years together, you finally cornered your boyfriend about marriage — only to discover he thinks your relationship is fundamentally broken and doesn't want the future you've been planning. Now you're 30, back at your parents' house, wondering how to rebuild everything. Where do you even start? Have any questions, comments, or stories you'd like to share with us? Kindness has become our culture's rarest magic trick. Author Brad Meltzer breaks down how life operates like a magic show — and why you're the magician! Full show notes and resources can be found here: jordanharbinger.com/1174 What We Discuss with Brad Meltzer: Life mirrors magic tricks. Make the best version of yourself appear, harness your fears instead of eliminating them, switch places with others through empathy, and embrace constant transformation — the hardest but most valuable skill. Our culture is starving for kindness and empathy. Social media amplifies the loudest, angriest voices while genuine human connection gets lost. We've stopped treating each other as real people behind the screens. Use criticism as rocket fuel, not poison. Brad carried a harsh critic's words for 20 years, but they motivated rather than destroyed him because he didn't respect the source. Prove your doubters wrong through action. Thank the people who believed in you first. Brad's ninth-grade teacher who said "you can write" changed his life. When he returned years later with his published book, she cried and delayed retirement by 13 years. Ordinary people change the world through small acts of kindness. Thank janitors for keeping spaces clean, acknowledge service workers, show empathy to strangers — your impact is far bigger than you realize. And much more... The ultra-rich buy freedom while the poor get cages. Atossa Araxia Abrahamian explains how money gives the wealthy cheat codes to hack the world's systems. Full show notes and resources can be found here: jordanharbinger.com/1173 What We Discuss with Atossa Araxia Abrahamian: Freeports are tax-free warehouses where billionaires store art, gold, and luxury items without customs duties — existing outside normal territory, hiding wealth from governments and spouses. Wealthy Americans now lead passport purchases, paying $200k-$750k for citizenship in countries like Malta or St. Kitts. COVID and political uncertainty drove this "insurance policy" trend among the affluent. Switzerland built wealth by selling mercenaries, then banking services, then commodity trading — always profiting from what others can't do at home. Half the world's coffee/cocoa trades flow through landlocked Geneva. These offshore systems create stark inequality: rich people buy citizenship and hide assets while poor migrants face detention camps and deportation — wealth literally buys different rules and freedoms. Research your family history — you might qualify for EU citizenship through grandparents or heritage programs. Countries like Portugal, Ireland, and Austria offer ancestral citizenship paths that don't require huge investments. And much more...
