“It's such a relief. To feel comfortable around food and I can enjoy it so much more versus living in fear and worrying about gaining weight or feeling the need to control my calorie intake, I trust my body and listen to what it tells me. And I find that in doing this, I don't overeat as much or feel uncomfortable after meals.”
