Scott’s impressive track record includes raising over $200 million in equity financing and overseeing IPOs, reverse takeovers, mergers and acquisitions, and corporate restructuring. His experience with TSX-V-listed companies includes executive and board positions at notable firms such as Great Bear Resources Ltd, ValOre Metals Corp., Riverside Resources Inc., Capitan Silver Corp., and First Helium Inc.
