From over eating, shopping, social media, Netflix, alcohol all these things are easy to consume and keep us from creating and doing the things that truly give us life. Consuming too much keeps us from living an intentional life and instead of creating our lives we are watching others create their lives. We are watching other lives play out instead of watching what we can do with our own lives. Maybe we are over eating or over drinking to numb things out which that also keeps us from creating.
