I share my recent move from my beloved downtown studio due to unforeseen circumstances. I open up about the bittersweet feelings that come with letting go of something good and moving on to something new, and share how I am attempting to cope with these emotions in a healthy way.

I also reveal an upcoming episode on people-pleasing and how it held me back from making big decisions. I share an exercise I call "journaling ourselves whole" and how writing out my issues helped me find whole pieces of myself. I emphasize the importance of human connections and how they link us to our purposes, and share how seeking approval in an unhealthy way was the root cause of my decision-making problems.

Through my own experience of having to let go of my studio against my own intuition, I emphasize the need to listen to our own inner voice and intuition while making decisions that align with our values and integrity.
