In this episode, I interview fitness professional turned educator and mentor, Jen Dugard about the importance of female specific fitness.
Jen has changed the landscape of how mums are looked after within the fitness industry. In 2016, Jen developed her pre & postnatal accreditation, "Safe Return to Exercise" and has now delivered this accreditation to thousands of trainers across the world.

- how to vet your trainer to ensure they know how to train women;
- red flags to watch out for from trainers;
- why strength is so important for females;
