In this episode Sasha chats with Rachel Davidson. Rachel is a Christian, wife, and wellness & weightloss coach that focus on body, mind, and spiritual health using the principals of a plant centered diet, habit and behavioral change, and God's grace.

Yes, Rachel is a health coach, but Rachel & Sasha start this conversation off talking heavily about spiritual health. Rachel and Sasha go deep quickly talking about obedience, trust, and surrender in God's love. Rachel shares personal testimony of God's lovingkindness towards her, and the truth about God's great love for us all.
