Even if you haven't ventured too deeply within Spirituality, you most likely would have heard expressions such as, 'raise your vibration', 'be high vibe' or 'good vibes only'...
But how exactly do we raise our vibration? Often when this topic is discussed in spiritual circles, there is a tendency to suggest the best way to raise one's vibration is to avoid or steer clear of people, situations and feelings that make us feel bad or negative - Anger? Big No! Fear? Nope again!
But this takes us dangerously close to spiritual bypassing territory, because many of these challenging situations serve a crucial purpose in our process of growth and spiritual evolution, and to avoid or suppress these emotions, leads to us being inauthentic - ironically one of the surest ways to lower our vibrational state and cause ourselves harm.
Join me in this episode as I explore these concepts more deeply and discuss ways to genuinely elevate your vibration, whilst honouring your authentic emotional and mental needs for truly embodied alignment with your soul essence.
