Jim Cavanaugh. Born in Pittsburgh and raised across several states, Jim has dedicated over 50 years to both military and local government service. After earning a Bachelor of Science from St. Peter’s College and later an MBA from the University of Wyoming, he had a distinguished career in the United States Air Force, culminating in the rank of Colonel.
Following his military retirement, Jim transitioned into local politics in Arizona, where he served as a City Councilman and Mayor, even leading his city to be recognized as an All-American City. Now residing in Arkansas, he is focused on his passion for advocating for the unborn, as reflected in his book, To Protect Those Unable to Protect Themselves: Saving the Unborn.
Jim brings a wealth of experience and knowledge on the controversial topic of abortion, sharing insights on when life begins, the implications of recent legal rulings like Roe v. Wade and Dobbs v. Jackson, and the importance of educating our youth to foster a culture of compassion.
