  2. As a Manager, how do you create an environment where employees can be brave and have no fear of speaking up? Could you share some examples if you have any?
  3. We hired a woman who is pregnant. One of the supervisors is worried she cannot lift snow and feels like she shouldn’t be called to work. Can we ask her to provide a doctor's note to make sure she has no restrictions? We want to be in compliance with PWFA.
