90% of women are dieting RIGHT NOW because of body dissatisfaction.

& mostly because instead of honoring our bodies, we FEEL or THINK things about our bodies, allowing those thoughts & feelings to determine how we actually treat our bodies.

But this HAS GOT TO STOP! I'm on a mission today to share with you (& the world) that YOU ARE MORE THAN YOUR BODY!

You don't need to fix it.

You don't need to change it.

You don't need to maintain it.

You just need to LIVE IN IT!

Developing a positive body image requires building a relationship with you & your body. This simply means....you spending time with you.

You spending time honoring what your body needs to thrive at it's best.

TRUTH bomb: You are not how you FEEL or how you THINK about your body.

Having a healthy relationship with your body isn't believing your body LOOKS good, it's knowing your body IS good.

Sis, your body is GOOD.
