Hey! Today I’m addressing a really common issue that I come across a lot, and that’s: ‘Help! I can’t stay motivated to keep going with my health goals!’
So many of us start well, but soon we start to lose focus and end up back where we were before. It’s frustrating and time-consuming. If only we could stay committed and motivated to keep going!
In this episode, I give you 3 reasons why a lack of motivation tends to occur, and then I walk you through 7 steps to turn that around. When you start implementing these simple steps you’ll notice a massive difference in how you approach your health goals. These will help you to keep going until you actually start seeing the impact of your new healthy choices or until your new healthy habits become second nature.
