We discuss the recent Momofuku chili crisp controversy wherein David Change's company sent cease-and-desists to a bunch of chili crisp companies in an effort to protect his copyright and then everyone David Chang has ever wronged came out of the woodwork to say "I never even liked that guy." Chef's kiss, as they say.
