In 2020 many companies in the US made bigger investments in diversity and inclusion in an effort to create more equitable and inclusive workplaces. In our latest podcast which was recorded this summer, Lauren Kimball, Capgemini’s Diversity, Equity & Inclusion leader meets with two DEI advocates, Bridgette Scales and Veronica St. Cyr, to reflect on the progress and opportunities facing organizations across the US. Bridgette is the Senior Director of Diversity Best Practices she shares key insights from Seramount’s recent research report, “From Pledge to Progress: Corporate America One Year after George Floyd’s Death.” Veronica is a Manager at Capgemini Invent and a member of the Capgemini Inclusion Leadership Advisory Council. They have a rich conversation what they have learned from this focus on DEI and how organizations can continue this journey to create more equity in the workplace.
