How many of us have these internal stories telling us who we are and

  • What we can and can’t do
  • What we always or never do
  • What we are good at or what we suck at

I’m willing to bet all of us

But have you ever stopped to ask yourself - Who says whether or not I can or can’t? Who says if I am good at something or suck at something? How do we even know if these are true or not?

And the reason I bring this up is because the reality is what tells us whether we can or can’t, whether we’re good or we suck is our own beliefs we hold

And where do beliefs come from? Well beliefs come from our past - they come from some situation or experience you had in the past where you chose to do something and then you interpreted the outcome to mean something about you and your identity as a business owner

Not to worry, it’s human nature, but it could be the very thing holding you back in your business and keeping you stuck in the entrepreneur burnout cycle
