Do you get anxious thinking about your to-do-list? Do you feel like there's always an underlying stress in your mind about how you're going to get everything done, because there's never enough time?
Are you exhausted & burnt out, feeling like it's your job to take care of everyone and everything but having no time to rest & recharge?
You're so spread thin between the demands & obligations pulling you in every direction, that you worry you can't truly live out your priorities, and give your family what they deserve or be the mom you really want to be.
It leads to near-constant frustration, discouragement, and guilt.
