Is needed change (aka change that may be imposed on you) actually easier than change that is purely your choice to make?

🤐 Changes we need to make, especially when our choice has been removed—whether for our health or in response to life circumstances—are often navigated with a certain amount of acceptance or, even, resignation.

🌪️ Change that you choose or seek out, especially when life is humming along, is often more welcomed, yet can be more disruptive … and, when times get rough and uncomfortable, there is no one to shift blame to for that discomfort or chaos—it’s yours to own. 🤔😬
