I know that the mid year school holidays can cause huge stress and anxiety. I have felt it myself and I have heard numerous mums talking about it in various places. So if you have felt a bit of dread about this period, you are not alone!

I believe that there are ways that we can feel different about this time, however. Ways that, rather than leaving us depleted, irritable and snappy, can give us the energy to cope with all that it entails and to find some real joy in the precious time it gives us with our families.
