This week on the pod I’m joined by my buddy Travis Macy! Travis made his first appearance on the pod back in August of 2021 and I am thrilled to have him back! Travis is a dad to two, the host of the Travis Macy Show, an author, endurance coach and just an incredibly genuine human who I feel very lucky to get to call a friend.
Travis and I talk about some of the lessons he has learned about life while hosting a podcast, the privilege of getting to share stories, our thoughts on leaving “your mark” on the world, his family's journey with Alzheimer's, adversity, and much more!
