Rekishia is a licensed and certified Master Social Worker, Certified Integrative Nutrition Health Coach, Certified GetFit21 Coach, and honorably retired Air Force veteran and Award-Winning Author.
She is also the founder and owner of Rock Your World Naturally, LLC where she provides holistic coaching services for physical, spiritual and emotional health for women and founder and lead host of Safe for Her, an annual health conference for women where investing in yourself and claiming space in the world are messaged.
