It is some people’s soul contract to courageously stand up and speak the truth into the world in a very big way. I have been feeling exceptionally connected to these people lately. It takes a lot of courage to tell the truth, even just to our loved ones, when we don’t know how they may react, but doing so is so important.

So today’s episode of The Soul Frequency is all about what it means to tell the truth and how we treat people who tell the truth. I discuss how I believe we are evolving toward a place of total truth before discussing why we must stand up for what we believe in. What truths within you are you willing to stand for?
