This week Rich and Andy have a great chat with Alcohol Free legend, Andy Garwood. Andy's story is full of inspiration from him deciding to take a break from Booze back in 2017 all they through to 16 months ago dusting down his trainers and giving running one more try. What has happened over this period is so inspirational and proves his message that 'its never too late to change' is so so true. Even though we talk about age being just a number we have to remind ourselves just how hard it is to change as we get older and in Andy's 60th year on this planet he will be taking on his first Marathon in Amsterdam next weekend.
