Josh Alber is the first and only 4X undefeated State Champion in Illinois High School Wrestling History. He recently graduated from the University of Northern Iowa, where he was a 4X NCAA D1 National Qualifier for the Panthers, and head coach Doug Schwab, a National Champion for the University of Iowa. Josh is a man of extreme work ethic. Balancing his own excavation company, a Youth & high school wrestling development center, and his family consisting of his wife, Reed, and his son, Grey. In this episode, the champ and I discuss faith, mental toughness, work ethic, Doug Schwab, the meaning of life, putting your kids in sports, temptation, and much more!
