On this episode of The Native Experience, we welcome Renato Beninatto, Chairman and Co-Founder of Nimdzi Insights, to discuss the complexities of translation and localization.

Renato shares his experiences as a Third Culture Kid and explains the importance of being able to adapt to different environments. Renato had a fascinating experience as a consultant with Uber, where he did a study about customer perception of quality that saved them 4 million dollars per year.

With that example, we also discuss the importance of focusing on end-user perception of language, rather than perfecting the translation. We talk about quite a bit more, but we hope you enjoy this insightful conversation on creating native experiences for diverse audiences.

If you haven’t already, make sure to subscribe to the podcast ASAP so you don’t miss an episode.
