Please, welcome Esteban Hernandez, he is a former boss of mine. The reason why I wanted to bring Esteban and share his story is because he impressed me with his confidence and hard work. He’s not scared to start a new venture… and my first question was… why isn’t he scared God?
So I stared asking Esteban deep questions to investigate, find out, to try and understand… and I discovered that our past traumas and social environment are huge factors to our development. Now, this doesn’t mean we have the excuses to fail because our environment and traumas predefined us for failure… NO! We must convert the pain and hurt to motivation and fuel to propel our goals and dreams (We just needed someones help, mom, dad, brother, sister, and even if no one help… we always had God in our corner without even knowing it).
But… Esteban had both his mom and dad at home growing up, he never heard mom and dad fight, was demonstrated love and support thru out his childhood. Esteban was supported, taught, and given values constantly by both parents. So this really got my attention, so I started asking God more questions… how much more confidence does this give him? How does this shape his confidence? His decision making? His fear or flight pattern??
