Here is the 3rd of 3 episodes from my Soulful Storytelling night on the 8th July 2019 in Cardiff. We had 3 storytellers all sharing what it means to be human. With interesting stories about how creativity has helped the become more themselves, exploring men’s mental health and how we can celebrate the good, the bad and the ugly emotions in life.
In this episode, comedian Lorna Prichard talks about how comedy helped her become more herself, transformed her career and her life. She shares how she learned to let down her guard and show her vulnerability in order to protect her mental health. Lorna now runs her own comedy night in Cardiff - Howl Comedy and workshops to help others find their confidence through comedy too.
