In this episode, I give you some tips on how to handle cravings!
1. Know that your body is going after carbs and sugar if you're cravings are persistent
2. Teach your body to go after good fat to curb the craving and keep your body burning fat
3. Try a glass of water, with some lemon, apple cider vinegar, even good organic dark chocolate with a handful of raw nuts
4. Incorporate intermittent fasting and keep your body burning fat all day long even while you sleep
