Have you ever wondered why it is so hard to stick to New Years resolutions? Do you struggle with knowing the right thing to do, but then actually following through and doing it? If so, then get in line because many of us know the reality of how hard it is to make healthy choices and stick to them long term. Jamie & Teresa will discuss hormones, behaviors, and choices around food and other health habits and why we sometimes do what feels good in the moment, but doesn't translate to good health and to happiness for our lives. This is a philosophical and biological conversation about behaviors & habits, and how we can have better discipline over them. It certainly is not easy, but if we understand a little better what is going on from a physiological and psychological level, we may be more empowered to take charge or our health.
