Most of use run around with thoughts that are borrowed from other people, influenced by external information, or simply default thoughts. How can we manage the mind and detox it from all the influences and create intentional and well planned ideas?

We have way too many thoughts to control or manage all the thoughts we have. However, we can help ourselves by taking a few simple actions. We can find more confidence and calm.

We need to understand were out thoughts come from, understand what is influencing them, get a break from all the input, and make intentional choices about what we want to think. By being intentional, we can create a mindset that is less chaotic and certainly more peaceful.
