Everyone gets into a funk every now and then. When it happens, it can be so hard to get yourself out of it. The thing you have to realize is your thoughts are dragging you down. So how do we reset our thoughts?

One way we can do this is by stimulating our brain with questions to redirect our thoughts.

Using the following 10 questions, you can switch your brain to focus on different things. This change in focus can recalibrate your funk into fun or at least shift it to a better mindset!
