Discover the common pitfalls that hinder business progress, including the often overlooked time spent on mindless activities that neither directly nor indirectly contribute to business growth.

  1. Complete a small task: Crossing an item off your to-do list, no matter how small, can trigger a dopamine release and give you a sense of accomplishment.
  2. Help someone else: Helping others is a well-known mood booster and can also lead to increased productivity and feelings of satisfaction.
  3. and you'll have to listen to hear the other 8!

One of the first things I have my members of the Profitable CEO Accelerator complete is a time, money, and energy audit then set up their Balanced Workweek.

This reveals to me where they are finding their dopamine hits and we edited out those that do not serve their bigger “why”. It also helps align their actions with the beliefs of their next-level self.
