[5.00] David is a veteran of the insurance industry and employee benefits consultant. Over the years, he has worked with many employers who really struggled with pulling out the relevant information in relation to their employees’ data. It was so torturous that he finally decided to start a company to solve this problem.

[10.50] David shares that companies that are unable to afford bespoke software solutions tend to use spreadsheets to record their employees’ data and benefits and this is prone to error. In addition, it becomes hard for employees to understand their entitlements and benefits.
