Katharine Esty has had her fair share of chapters and is now living as an 80 something, which is also the title of her book, Eightysomethings- A Practical Guide to Letting Go, Aging Well, and Finding Unexpected Happiness. Eightysomethings includes interviews and advice on life in your eighties, how to have difficult conversations with parents and relatives in their eighties and beyond, and why getting older isn't what you think.

Katharine speaks to Kristin about her six-plus (and counting) career chapters, how she came to realise and embrace the fact that she's old, and her love life at 88.
