Von One-Trick-Ponies und Jacks-of-all-traits

Das One-Trick-Pony kann eine Sache wirklich gut, der Tausendsassa kann vieles, aber eben vieles nicht richtig. Der eine wirkt blutleer und unrealistisch, der andere ist ineffizient und kein Team hat Platz für ihn.
Aber: was ist nun besser? Das richtige? Die perfekte Variante? Oder gibt es die überhaupt?
Vielleicht gibt es neben Schwarz und Weiß ja doch noch ein Grau oder sogar ein ‚bunt‘!
