Do you worry about staying balanced during the holiday season with T1D? The holidays can be stressful enough as it is, but then add in regulating your blood sugar and we have a whole other worry. In this episode, I identify three “archetypes” of people with diabetes and how they approach the holidays based on my personal and professional experience.
