Dave Robisch is one of the best players to ever wear a Jayhawk uniform. His number 40 is retired and for good reason. He went on to be the 44th overall pick by the Boston Celtics in the 1971 NBA Draft and had a great career in both the ABA and NBA. Robisch shares great stories about his time at Kansas, Jo Jo White, Bud Stallworth, Coach Ted Owens, NCAA tournament experience, journey to ABA, NBA & leagues merging, Oscar Robertson, Mel Daniels, Moses Malone, Julius Erving, Larry Brown, Fatty Taylor and MUCH more!
This was honor to have Dave on our show today. This era of basketball is so special with all of the amazing players and history from the ABA that must be recognized so this episode has great meaning to us. Awesome stories shared in this one. You do NOT want to miss this episode!
