For that, we need to make a trip down memory lane: In small cities there are “Tante Emma-Läden”, little shops everybody knew and loved shopping at. The salespersons there know you and know exactly what you want. Why does this not work in e-commerce? Brian feels certain: The customers are smarter than we are. So we need to find the right technology to please them.
