Zeek is an incredible athlete with a moving story to share. He woke up one day and realized being 250 lbs with a 44 in the waist and XXL to 3XL shirt wasn't the life he wanted for himself. It all started with hitting the gym and changing his diet. Then he discovered sea moss and really hit his stride. In this episode Zeek shares his personal story and deep experience with using this supplement regularly.
