I loved speaking with my guest Menopause Guru Jeanne Andrus. Jean is a coach, author of the best selling book "I Just Want to Be Me Again," and the host of the podcast and TV Show Menopause Matters.

This was such an eye-opener for me and made me feel alot better! Some issues I've experienced (and maybe you) that I didn't know are connected with menopause include:

- No longer being able to multi-task as successfully as I used to.

- Misplacing things and forgetting words.

- Having a strong desire to take an adventure vacation and do things for myself.

Jean also explains why most women don't need drugs to manage hormone issues.

Also, if you have been exercising and dieting and still can't lose weight, chances are you're going about it the wrong way and how you should be doing it.

Most importantly, Jean talks about the "gift" of menopause.
