Manage episode 396572287 series 3313078
Have you ever thought of starting a podcast? It's one of the best - and affordable - ways to market your business!
In this episode I'm talking to Kamie Lehmann, founder of She's Invincible Podcast School and the She's Invincible podcast.
Started in 2020, She's Invincible is a Top Rated Podcast on iTunes which ranked at an all time high of #42 in the Business/Entrepreneurship Category. She has also helped many others launch their own Top Podcasts through her podcast school.
We spoke honestly about the shake-up of your life when your kids leave home and how we suddenly need to find a new focus to change our mindset of sadness to excitement about the next chapter.
Some other topics we covered:
- Why you need to have a plan but hold it loosely.
- The need to jump into something even when you don’t have all the answers.
- The biggest misconception about becoming an entrepreneur.
- Why everyone in the family needs to commit to your dream to become an entrepreneur.
- The important life lessons our kids learn when we have our own business.
- Why starting a podcast is the best way to market your business.
- The first steps to creating a successful podcast and how to easily get started.
- Why being a host and being a guest are equally important for promoting your business.
- And why she says “run the red lights!”
