Charles is a native of Florida but has lived in Norfolk since 2014 when he and his wife moved to the city to raise a family and start Mission Church. They have five small children who bring joy and laughter to their household. Charles serves as the Lead Pastor focusing on preaching, vision, equipping, and leadership development. His desire is for the Word of God to impact the people of God for the glory of God. He enjoys running, reading, NFL and NBA games, and coaching youth sports.
