She and her teammates won gold at the Canadian National Championships in May, taking the volleyball world by storm ~ one serve, one set, one spike, one game at a time. I first met Catherine when I joined Team Harmony as a goal-setting coach 3 years ago. She was always cheerful and very much engaged in our goalsetting projects, which makes her a perfect choice to be my very first guest of my new podcast Going For It ~ Building National Champions.
