In this week’s episode Ben and Oli explore how they stay consistent with putting in the work and avoid excuses. Oli has now made it 19 weeks in a row with his Choc ‘N’ Roll show going live across all his social media platforms, but instead of skipping a week when he had other work commitments or taking his foot off the gas by keeping quiet and hoping no one notices, he explained how this works for both his professional and personal goals.
Ben also speaks powerfully about the importance of balance too.
