Hi, this is trainer Arnaud van der Veere from The Hague, Netherlands.

This is a 2 MINUTE bag workout with 30-second intervals. We do 20 rounds. Each round is different. Focus on what you do each round and listen to instructions while continuing to train.

Let us start with a warming up now; our warming up is 2 minutes and 45 seconds.

1- LEFT & RIGHT JAB, LEFT LEG FRONT

2- RIGHT & LEFT 75% HOOK RIGHT LEG FRONT

3- LEFT & RIGHT 50% HOOK LEFT LEG FRONT

4- RIGHT & LEFT 25% UPPERCUT, RIGHT LEG FRONT

5- CONTINUE ROUND, PUNCH WHATEVER YOU LIKE FOR 2 MINUTES WITHOUT A SINGLE REST MOMENT

6- 2 MINUTES OF BODY PUNCHES CONTINUE; NO REST DURING THIS TIME

7- UP & DOWN HOOK, LEFT TO THE BODY AND RIGHT TO THE HEAD, FOLLOWED BY A RIGHT TO THE BODY AND LEFT TO THE HEAD

8- JABS UP AND DOWN, LEFT JAB TO THE BODY & RIGHT TO THE HEAD FOLLOWED BY A RIGHT TO THE BODY & LEFT TO THE HEAD

9- POWER ROUNDS. LEFT LEG FRONT AND RIGHT JAB IN FULL POWER, LEFT JAB SOFTER

10- POWER ROUNDS. RIGHT LEG FRONT AND LEFT JAB, RIGHT JAB SOFTER

11- POWER ROUNDS. . LEFT LEG FRONT AND RIGHT HOOK IN FULL POWER, LEFT HOOK SOFTER

16- SPEED ROUND. RIGHT HOOK, LEFT UPPERCUT, RIGHT HOOK, RIGHT LEG FRONT.

17- CONTINUE ROUND 1. WITHOUT STOPPING, JAB AND HOOK. NON STOP

18- CONTINUE ROUND 2. WITHOUT STOP HOOK AND UPPERCUT. NON STOP.

19- TECHNICAL ROUND. DOUBLE JAB LEFT, FOLLOWED BY RIGHT HOOK 75% AND LEFT LIVER PUNCH, LEFT LEG FRONT

20- FREE ROUND. LET GO OF ALL PUNCHES IN RANDOM FLOW. TRY TO MAKE A SERIES OF 3 TO 4 PUNCHES, STEP BACK, AND AGAIN. CHANGE FRONT LEGS.
