My podcast guest this week is Peter Himes, CSO of 4DS Memory. Peter and I explore the challenges of the AI market today, the details of the physical make-up of the 4DS cell called PCMO, and how this new ReRAM memory technology can help develop more energy and processor efficient solutions for big data and neural net applications. Keeping with our memory theme, I also check out the details of a new 'everlasting’ memory crystal developed by a team of researchers at the University of Southampton.
