Welcome back to the Agegroup Multisport Podcast.
In this episode we speak to my good friend, training partner, team mate, coach and treasurer. Ive known Steve for many years and he is one of the most competitive and focused athletes I know.
Steve tells us how he got into running after a lay off of 30 years, he also shares how he got into triathlon and how he progressed along the way to eventually racing for GB and podiuming.
Along the way he has been through many of life's ups and downs and we go through the list, finishing with his latest down, crashing at his last Triathlon.
